Shahriar Nasim is a Cyber Security Engineer with experience securing systems across both public-sector and enterprise environments. His work centers on identifying vulnerabilities before they become incidents — through security assessments, network hardening, and continuous monitoring.

He works across the security lifecycle: vulnerability assessment and penetration testing, secure network architecture, security information and event management (SIEM), and incident response when something does get through. He treats security as an ongoing discipline rather than a one-time checklist, and stays current with the evolving threat landscape.

He's particularly focused on the balance between a strong security posture and usable systems — controls that protect an organization without getting in the way of the people who have to work within them every day.
